Kelayakan
Air conditioning and wiring knowledge.
Diploma/ Cirt in Mechanical/Electrical/E&E/Mechatronic
Able to travel outstation when necessary.
Fresh Graduate Coordinate are also encourage to apply (attitude is everything).
Tanggungjawab
- Oversee and manage daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time .
- Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors, providing guidance and ensuring quality standards are met.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and other professionals to ensure project specifications and requirements are clearly understood and adhered to.
- Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations.
- Manage materials and equipment logistics, ensuring availability and efficient use of resources.
- Prepare and present progress reports to management and stakeholders.
