Kelayakan
- Possess Diploma in civil engineering/ landscape/horticulture
- Experienced candidate in civil engineering, quantity surveyor or landscape is preferable
- Inexperience candidates will be considerable
- Monitor project's progress while ensuring that workers know and follow onsite health and safety regulation
- Delegate task and duties of a site team
- Maintaining and monitoring tasks and duties of a construction team
- Ability to work effectively, independently and as a part of a team
- Knowledge of file management and other administrative procedures
Tanggungjawab
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budget and expenditures
- Attending and parcipating in stakeholder meeting
- Documenting and following up important actions and decisions from meetings
- Preparing weekly/monthly report for work updates to the management
- Enforcing safety protocols on site.
- Monitoring worker attendance.
- Assessing staff productivity and implementing disciplinary measures if needed.
- Ensuring the team’s high quality of work.
- Informing company of equipment repair or maintenance.
- Meeting with architects and other stakeholders before the project is implemented.
