Kelayakan
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Excellent mathematical skills
- solid communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with accounting systems
- computer skills, particularly with spreadsheets
- Able to work effectively with minimal management guidance/supervision
- Fresh graduate encourage to apply
Tanggungjawab
Responsibility
- Prepare accounting data & monthly reporting for various marketplaces
- Prepare account receivables reconciliation
- Prepare and validate documents eg Supplier Invoice, Purchase Order and Credit Note
- Prepare rebate, claim and sales reports
- Validate invoices against items or services received
- Data entry and bookkeeping using accounting system
- Enter and code financial transactions appropriately
- Check all financial transactions for accuracy
- Prepare monthly spreadsheets, reports and correspondence as required
- Assist in year-end audit & preparing of audit schedules
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Management
