- Engaging in the replying of customer service messages across various online platforms.
- Plan and prepare engaging content for live streaming sessions, including selecting topics, planning activities, and creating scripts or outlines internally with other departments.
- Promote upcoming live streams across social media platforms and engage with followers to build anticipation and drive viewership.
- Host live streaming sessions on the online platforms, interacting with viewers in real-time through comments, questions, and shoutouts.
- Showcase products or services naturally and authentically, incorporating sponsored content or brand partnerships as required.
- Monitor and respond to viewer feedback and comments during live streams, addressing questions, concerns, and compliments in a timely and professional manner.
- Adhere to all platform community guidelines and policies, ensuring that all content is appropriate and compliant with platform regulations.
