Kelayakan
- At least 1-2 years of experience in live streaming, social media marketing or sales preferably in the electronic industry.
- A strong understanding of electronic products, including computers, smartphones, and other consumer electronics, is necessary. Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in the electronic industry is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. The ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and colleagues is critical.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms, live streaming software, and sales and marketing tools, such as RM and email marketing tools, is required. Familiarity with computer hardware and software is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills are essential to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment is necessary to meet sales targets and contribute to the success of the company.
- Adherence to company policies and procedures, including privacy and security protocols, is required during all live streams and customer interactions.
Tanggungjawab
- Conduct live broadcasts to showcase various electronic items available at the computer store.
- Provide detailed product information and answer customer questions during live broadcasts.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication and customer service, addressing any concerns or questions that may arise during the live stream.
- Monitor customer comments and feedback during broadcasts and respond appropriately.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the electronics industry.
- Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Attend training sessions to develop and enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
