Kelayakan
- Active, careful and responsive.
- Great with numbers and have a strong sense of honesty and integrity.
- Cashier and accounting related experience is preferable.
- Able and willing to work on shifts including morning and evening shift on weekends / public holidays.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in English and Good command in Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
- Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin is preferred as the role requires dealing with Mandarin speaking clients.
- Preference will be given to candidates available for an immediate start.
Tanggungjawab
- Invoice management (invalidation, collection management, etc.)
- Reconciling and reporting any discrepancies.
- Checking for accuracy in reports and figures.
- Keep a thorough record of business sales and enter data from daily sales into the company’s system.
- Petty cash management operations. (Change exchange, etc.)
- Liaise with CIT (cash-in-transit) service to turn over cash to savings/ order for loose change.
- Ensure all POS device user closing and submit daily settlement report on time.
- Assist Tenant & cashier with POS system/ credit card terminal issue.
- Deal with bank/payment service provider to process refund requested from customers.
- Identify and communicate any cashiering system related issues to management promptly.
