Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CFA certification preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably within the tourism or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, with the ability to apply them effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with team members across departments.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is essential for effective communication with foreign customers, particularly from China.
- Candidate who able to start work in short notice will be an added advantage.
- Willing to work in Taman Shamelin Perkasa, Kuala Lumpur.
Tanggungjawab
- Assist the Finance Manager in preparing financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies and policies to support the company's growth objectives.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, collaborating with department heads to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Support the Finance Manager in managing relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management and board meetings, providing insights and recommendations as needed.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes affecting the business, and provide proactive guidance to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
- Mentor and coach junior finance team members, providing guidance and support to foster their professional development and growth.
- Take on ad hoc projects and assignments as assigned by the Finance Manager or senior management, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to contribute to the overall success of the finance team and the company.
