ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance.
EXPERIENCE / SKILL REQUIRED
- At least 2 years of experience in an accounting environment.
- Experience with financial reporting requirements
- Experience with accounting software (AutoCount) and data entry
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheet, including advanced features such as Pivot Tables and V-Lookups.
- Ability to work independently
- Analytical skills
Tanggungjawab
- Preparing reports and provide financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data.
- Summarize current financial status by collecting information.
- Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Guides accounting staff by coordinating activities and answering questions.
- Prepare payments by verifying documentation.
- Reconcile the company’s bank statements.
- Managing income and expenditure accounts.
- Managing financial and accounting software used by the company.
- Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries.
- Generating invoices and receipts.
- Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording data.
- Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending reminders and contacting customers.
- Following up on outstanding payments and answering customer queries.
- Prepare and process the refund deposit to customer correctly
