Kelayakan
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Management/ Human Resource Management/Development or any related field.
- Min 1 year experience.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia and high problem-solving.
- Working knowledge of MS Office.
- Well-organised with strong attention to detail.
- Team player with a pleasant demeanor and independent/ fast leaner.
- Fresh graduate are welcomed to apply.
- Have a licensed is an added advantage.
Tanggungjawab
- Ensure timely payment of annual land tax, property tax, and business licenses.
- Administrative related matters such as tenancy agreements, arrangement maintenance servicing, office equipment, assets and vehicles, Quit Rent, company insurance etc.
- To deal with the government bodies for licensing and other utilities parties ( e.g. TM, TNB, BOMBA, LHDN, JKKP, LKIM etc )
- Organise and file daily documents and admin monthly reports.
- To report and work closely with the Head of Department on progress admin activities.
- To manage preparation of circulated memos, signage and other correspondence.
- To arrange company festival celebration. (eg: Birthday, Occasion, farewell and etc)
- Answer and direct phone calls / email.
- To provide comprehensive administrative support to the professional team.
- Another administrative task may be assigned and undertake any other ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by superior when required.
