Kelayakan
- Diploma/Degree in Business Management/Business Studies or any other equivalent.
- Good command of Mandarin will be advantageous.
- 2 years of working experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Applicants with relevant experience may be considered for senior roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Possess good interpersonal, communication skills and able to work independently.
- Strong self-learning ability and strong result driven person.
- Passion for customer service and a good team player.
- Comprehensive training will be provided.
Tanggungjawab
- Engagement with clients.
- Preparation of service-related documents.
- Follow up on customer service progress and payment collections.
- Issuance of tax invoice to clients.
- Resolve customer’s enquiries efficiently and escalate problems promptly.
- Other customer service-related activities.
