Kelayakan
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia & English
- At least Diploma / Degree in Food Science and Technology
- Minimum 2 years’ working experience in the manufacturing industry preferably in the food industry
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Tanggungjawab
- Responsible and maintaining food quality system: FSSC 22000, HACCP, HALAL and other related food system.
- Responsible for supplier audit, customer audit or third-party audit.
- Manage training of the quality and production team on relevant food safety issue such as GMP awareness.
- Provide guidance on quality assurance and quality control activities.
- Responsible to handle, coordinate and update customer complaint and food safety related issues.
- Ensure the adherence of factory team to food safety system by patrol and audit programme to produce consistency goods, regulatory compliance products and meet customer expectation.
