Kelayakan
- Proficiency in English & Mandarin is preferred
- Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
- Minimum 1 year relevant working experience
- Previous experience in client-facing roles and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Proven experience in interior design consultation, with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects across various styles and scales
- Proficiency in drawing software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp and 3D Max (added advantage)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and ideas
- Strong organizational and project management abilities, with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Tanggungjawab
- Conduct design consultations with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgetary constraints.
- Develop creative and functional interior concepts that meet client requirements.
- Utilize drawing software and tools to create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings.
- Present design proposals and concepts to clients in a clear and compelling manner, incorporating feedback and making revisions as necessary.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure seamless execution from concept to completion.
- Drive sales by effectively communicating the value proposition of our design services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through attentive service and timely follow-up.
