Kelayakan
- Min SPM and above
- At least 1 year working experience in similar position
- Organized, result-oriented, multi-task and able to work independently
- Have computer knowledge: MS Office applications/Google Sheets skills
- Able to speak, write and understand Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin
- Able to start immediately
Tanggungjawab
- Administrative assistance to various departments as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of important documents, contracts, and agreements
- Handle weekly & monthly report to ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- HR-related tasks, including onboarding, and employee documentation
- Keep track of all pending/outgoing payments & maintain up-to-date record of payments history
- Provide accountants with any required documents
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls, ensuring effective communication within the organization
- Assist the sales team in processing CRM
- Keep track and purchase office supplies, equipment, pantries
- Ensure a clean and organized working environment conducive to productivity
- Assist in ad-hoc requests and assignments from the manager
