Kelayakan
- Minimum Education: - MIN. DIPLOMA WITH AT LEAST 2 YEARS WORKING EXPERIENCE
- Required: Knowledge of UBS system is an added advantage
- Language proficiency: Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders both verbally and in writing.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing, data entry, and documentation.
- Team Player: Capacity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute positively to achieving sales objectives.
Tanggungjawab
- Order Processing: Process incoming sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary information is captured.
- Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and communicating order statuses promptly.
- Sales Reporting: Generate and maintain sales reports, including tracking sales performance, analyzing trends, and providing insights to the sales team.
- Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure product availability, and managing stock replenishment.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and organizing sales-related materials.
