Kelayakan
- Certification of Diploma or LCCI
- 3-year experience in managing Accounts Payable
- Good command of English – both verbally and in writing – is essential.
- Proficient knowledge of PC operation and software application, especially MS Office, E-mail, and the Internet as well as good typing skill.
- Location: Wisma Mirama, Kampung Attap
Tanggungjawab
- Support Accounting Executives during monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, external auditing processes, budgets and forecast preparations.
- Billing/invoicing, collections, payment, credit control, other reporting, and general clerical duties such as filling.
- Ensure database of vendors and suppliers are updated and the accuracy of financial information in the accounting records for financial reporting purpose.
- Coordinate with Contracting, and Reservations departments on matters pertaining to the payment and creditors.
