Kelayakan
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
- Possessed of College or University Degree in Fashion related, Business Research/Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Psychology or other related field.
- Had at least 3 - 5 yrs experience in Fashion/Marketing industry.
- Priority will be given to those who have participated in or planned offline marketing campaigns such as Pop-up events.
- Experience in handling e-commerce social media is an added advantage.
- Preferred candidates will have hands-on experience with Google Analytics and Google Ads. (Experience in advertising in Southeast Asian markets)
- Excellent Search Engine Optimisation and Search Engine Marketing experience, and experience working with KOLs.
- Imaginative and excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, and excellent leadership skills.
- For those who want to develop their own IP, have a desire to perform on camera, and are willing to participate in community-created content, the company will provide you with all the resources you need.
- Excellent communication skills and careful attention to detail, proactive, fun, energetic, creative, confident, articulate, and positive attitude.
- Ability to develop optimal marketing strategies for new products and EOL products (end of life products).
- Utilise customer feedback to maintain brand and customer loyalty.
- Ability to anticipate fashion trends in the apparel market and public consumption habits.
- Ability to think creatively and work independently in a challenging and fast-paced work environment.
Tanggungjawab
- Digital Strategy Execution: Assist and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across various digital channels.
- Content Marketing: Develop compelling content strategies and execute content creation across digital platforms to attract, engage, and convert target audiences.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Analyze website and digital campaign performance to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates. Implement A/B testing, landing page optimization, and other CRO tactics to maximize conversion efficiency.
- Customer Acquisition: Assist and execute strategies to attract and acquire new customers through digital channels. This includes targeting, segmentation, and lead generation tactics to drive growth.
- Paid Advertising Management: Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid channels to drive conversions while maximizing ROI.
- Email or WhatsApp Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis, to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and prepare regular reports to track progress against KPIs and goals.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise with designers, marketing team, business team, and suppliers to execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Competitor Analysis: Effective on making competitive analysis across social media platforms and strong understanding competitors' businesses.
- Ad-hoc Duties: Perform any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.
