Kelayakan
- Able to speak, read and write Mandarin due to business nature
- Welcome fresh graduate to apply
- Posses at least Diploma and above.
- At least 1-3 years working experience in related field
- Able to speak, read and write Mandarin due to business nature
- Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently under pressure
- Customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and possess the ability to interact with all levels
- College diploma is an advantage
- Problem solving skill is highly appreciated
- Looking for a stable and permanent job
Tanggungjawab
- Coordinating import and export shipments
- Maintain proper documentation
- Issue invoice to customers and enter into system
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying, data entry
- Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managers
- Maintain office supplies for department
- Other ad-hoc tasks as per assigned by superior
