Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken & written). Must be able to converse in Mandarin due to the nature of business.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Candidate(s) must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur.
- No experience required. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Computer literate and Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook).
Tanggungjawab
- To handle office administration.
- Responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Responsible for administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping using Excel.
- Responsible for office inventory and procurement of office supplies.
- Provides administrative support to senior executive/superior.
- To perform any other tasks as assigned by the immediate Superior or the Management from time to time.
- Other ad-hoc tasks relating to Administrations.
