Kelayakan
- A Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Management Information System, Information Technology, Finance or equivalent.
- Professional accounting qualification (CA, PA & ACCA) is an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in deep functional finance operations.
- We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in Big 4 accounting firms.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
Tanggungjawab
- Responsible for financial accounting to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant accounting data.
- Manage overall accounting processing for the supervised company.
- Handle tax declaration and annual audit for the supervised company.
- Verify and follow up on various accounts receivable and payable.
- Review and standardize the daily expense reimbursement, ensuring legal and compliant submission of expense receipts, and strictly adhere to the expense reimbursement approval system.
- Generate monthly financial statements and perform statement analysis.
- Cooperate with tax, audit, and other departments, providing required data promptly and accurately while maintaining good communication with all parties.
- Handle external communication with banks, tax authorities, and other relevant departments.
- Excellent in writing and speaking of both English, Bahasa Malaysia as well as Mandarin in order to communicate with team members.
