Kelayakan
- Applicants with SPM level qualification and above
- Applicants with fluent proficiency in English (read, speak, type)
- Applicants with fluent proficiency in traditional Mandarin (read, speak, type)
- Applicants can work from Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm
- Applicants can start on 27th of May.
Tanggungjawab
- Handling outbound calls and emails regarding inquires, policy information, account management, and general support.
- Research and verification of candidate-provided information, including employment history, education credentials, professional licenses, and references.
- Perform criminal record checks to identify any past criminal offenses or legal issues that may affect a candidate's suitability for a position.
- Contact provided references to verify the accuracy of information provided by candidates and to gather insights into their past performance and character.
Manfaat
- Monthly Salary: RM2800 basic + Up to RM300 KPI

- 1 month of training with basic salary will be provided.
