BROAD FUNCTION:

Responsible to ensure the Engineering Maintenance Store is always managed effectively and efficiently in accordance with good practices and comply to set standards by the company.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle all Engineering Maintenance store administrative duties, search official quotation from various supplier and OEM create including purchase requisition through get obtain approval from Dept HOD following up with next sequences approval procedures purchase orders get align with company cooperate GRUMA Procurement Policy.
• Issue out store inventory stock by GRN daily, weekly, and monthly inventory spare parts consumption, maintenance department consumables report preparation, stock count every end of the month.
• Prepare monthly inventory report to management. Detail engineering inventory stock report must be submitted to Finance and keep all relevant documented for internal and external and GRUMA cooperate audit purposes without any failures.
• Keep good record to maintain Maintenance Spare Parts Stock Inventory record actual versus SAP system matched and keep update for filling, databases, in department share folders.
• Maintain spare parts storage area by organizing 5S activities and recommending improvement.
• Full responsible spare parts for the operation and control all kinds of inventories.
• To maintain proper documentation records to reflect the effectiveness and efficiency of spare parts.
• Maintain receipt, records, and withdrawals of the spare parts.
• To ensure spare part keep by first in first out method (FIFO)
• To ensure recording of the inventory data in ledger and computer on time.
• Ongoing review, implementation and monitoring of spare parts controls including periodical stock take.
• Assist management team in managing maintenance requisition activities.
• Handles daily maintenance requisition activities and updated to management by daily, weekly, and monthly inventory spare parts consumption, maintenance department.
• To plan and working together with maintenance department relevant stake holder identify machine critical spare parts and keep purchase and get maintain with inventory stock.
• Responsible to verify for the accuracy of the items and number of spares parts received and to report to Receiving Warehouse any inconsistencies in a timely manner.
• 16.Provide for the purchase of spare parts, primarily in support of the operation at the most competitive cost, best possible quality and most timely delivery always in strict compliance to Company GRUMA cooperate Policy.
