Requirements
- At least 1 year & above of working experience in relevant field will be added advantage.
- Avid social media geek: Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok etc
- Skills in Email Marketing/ Google Analytics/ SEO/ SEM/ Growth Hacking/ Mixpanel/ Flurry/ Split testing etc would be a bonus
- Fluent in Mandarin/ Cantonese
- Creative, can-do attitude & energetic
- Able to multi-task, proactive and meticulous
- Responsive, multi-tasking and capable of working independently.
- Good interpersonal skills, self-discipline, and good communication skills
- Willing to adapt with changes
- Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office / Adobe / Canva
Responsibilities
- Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.
- Conducting market research on rival products.
- Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products.
- Coordinate the creation of digital content
- Manage all social media platforms of the brand (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc).
- Plan, curate, coordinate, and execute the content across all social media platforms.
- Online community management
- Strategize and execute E-commerce end to end process (promotion planning, consolidate catalogue/listing, liaising with logistic team, in-charge of live chat) for the business.
- Liaise with performance marketing agency on digital ad-buys, including managing the ad-spend budget
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in marketing campaigns and activities
- Manage and execute social media campaigns, leveraging platforms to increase engagement and reach.
