Requirements
- Candidates without experience are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.
- Possess minimum education level SPM
- Ability to communicate in both Mandarin and English as this candidate will be engaging with customer
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self discipline and team player with integrity.
- 2 – 3 years in sales industry, preferably in Telemarketing environment is an added advantage.
- Able to work under pressure, aggressive and result-orientated.
Responsibilities
- Develop relationship and networking with SMEs clients;
- Provide advisory services or solutions to SMEs client on the company profile;
- Engage with SME’s customers via phone in promoting banking and SMEs related products;
- To ensure daily and monthly productivity target is achieved;
- Active participation in providing feedback during discussions;
- Fostering positive relationship with team members within team and department.
