Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering/Construction Management/Building Technology or equivalent.
  • Bilingual in Bahasa & English to communicate. Candidates who are fluent in mandarin are welcome.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of relevant working experience in interior design and site management industry. Fresh graduate are encourage to apply for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Interior Design Fit-out works or equivalent.
  • Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations.
  • The ability to interpret construction drawings.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience in corporate Fit-out will be an added advantage
  • Strong leadership and able to communicate effectively
  • Possess a great attitude and a willingness to learn; adapt and work well in team settings. 
  • Strong sense of Professional, responsibilities, highly energized, independent, pleasant personality and a good attitude.
  • Able to adapt quickly to ever changing requirements of the project
  • Able to present yourself professionally and strive in a corporate environment
  • Able to manage several projects at one time, work with minimal supervision and can work under pressure.
  • Perform other job tasks as assigned by superiors from time to time.
  • Strong leadership, result driven, problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to travel across project sites, flexible with time and willing to render overtime work.

Responsibilities

  • Manage corporate/workplace/residential interior Fit-out projects in accordance to local legislation, company policies and guidelines
  • To assist Project Manager in manage the project activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, plans, work program, schedules, QA QC, safety and specific requirements as well as to achieve timely completion of the work and within the allocated budget.
  • Advise on project's budget, timeline and construction methodologies
  • Manage and monitor local authority submissions and approval
  • Work closely with Project team, Architects, Sub-contractors, suppliers & general workers
  • Liaise with trade sub-cons such as M&E, Carpenters and others for accurate information
  • Ensure work progress is as per schedules and in a timely manner and that deadlines set by the Project Director/Principal are met
  • Excellent time management skill and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Resolving technical or constructional problems.
  • Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
  • To assist to prepare progress reports, proposals, required relevant documentations and presentations
  • Ability to work in a fast paces environment and fast track projects without compromising on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • To participate in reviewing tenders, contracts and other relevant documents.
  • Able to manage several projects at one time, work with minimal supervision and can work under pressure.
