Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Good Leadership Skills)
- Knowledgeable and experience in various sales and marketing platform
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of RM software.
- Enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
- Prior experience in sales or marketing roles, internships, or relevant coursework is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, competitors, and market trends.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to promote products or services effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and close sales opportunities.
- Support the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
- Assist in organizing and participating in promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the management team.
- Maintain and update customer databases and RM systems to ensure accurate records and effective communication.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance sales and marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, operations, and finance, to achieve common goals and objectives.
