Requirements
- Proficient in commonly used web design software, with knowledge of website development, operation, and maintenance.
- Familiar with mobile app development, production, and operation.
- Possess graphic design, web design, and artistic design skills.
- Proficient in using software such as Photoshop, Flash, Figma, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, and Word.
- Meticulous with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and self-learning abilities.
- At least 2-3 years' experience for relevant field
Responsibilities
- Responsible for UI and interaction design of chat app, optimizing user experience.
- Collaborate with product managers to brainstorm ideas; work with engineers to implement designs.
- Participate in building design systems and iterate continuously.
- Measure design outcomes through data, proactively identify issues, propose solutions, and drive implementation.
