As a Warehouse Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of inventory management, logistics, and team coordination. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Operational Planning and Organization:

• Plan and organize daily operations within the warehouse, including both incoming and outgoing materials.
• Facilitate the smooth transition of raw materials from the store to production or other relevant departments.
• Implement the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principle for all materials and finished goods (FG).

Delivery Management:

• Resolve daily delivery issues to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Make on-time entries into the SQL system or related ERP platforms.

Team Leadership and Coordination:

• Establish schedules for subordinates, assigning specific responsibilities to each team member. Monitor their performance and ensure tasks are completed.
• Foster a collaborative environment where team members meet or exceed expectations.

Compliance and Safety:

• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations within the warehouse.
• Adhere to FSSC22000 and ISO9001 standards to maintain product quality and safety.
• Safeguard the security of raw materials and finished goods on the premises.

Inventory and Production Optimization:

• Collaborate with production planning and scheduling teams to improve delivery timelines.
• Regularly monitor department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions as needed.
• Conduct monthly stock takes (or as required) for both raw materials and finished goods (FG).
• Ensure stock accuracy and provide monthly stock reports to the finance department.

Supply Chain Coordination:

• Keep a close eye on inventory levels and promptly trigger orders for replenishment when necessary.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely material procurement.

Customer Interaction:

• Assist in addressing customer complaints related to warehouse operations.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly.

Waste Management:

• Assist in managing scheduled waste storage within the warehouse.
• Maintain accurate records related to waste disposal.
