Requirements
- Preferably fluent in written and spoken Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Required language(s): Mandarin (as this position will need to communicate with China HQ)
- Education: Diploma Or Degree.
- Work Experience: Min. 3 years of experience in F&B industry, with proven practical experiences in planning and management
- Strong operational management, communication, and coordination abilities, with a strong service orientation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and written
- Well-organized, with willingness to take leadership responsibilities and work with minimal supervision
- Possess with own transport is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Managing Director and CEO to set strategic goals and implement marketing and business expansion plans
- Lead the planning and implementation of brand management activities and upcoming expansion activities
- Develop plans for sales and marketing and lead and oversee the department for implementation to ensure projects are completed on time and KPI achievement
- To conduct market survey to seek and identify suitable location for expansion and propose to management based on the suitability of site location
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including mall management and suppliers
- Assist MD/CEO in dealing with mall management for leasing related matters, including leasing contract and terms, following up on tenancy agreement for both new and renewal cases, renovation process, etc.
- Merchant and franchise management including planning and overseeing marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, providing guidance and support to franchisees on operational issues, ensuring consistent implementation of brand standards across all franchises, monitoring and analyzing franchise performance metrics, developing and executing strategies to increase franchise profitability
