Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree Certificate.
- IT/ Software Engineering/ Computer Science Degree holder or equivalent with more than 2 years of software development/ software implementation experience
- Experience with C# / .NET for Web (ASP .NET Core, Entity Framework, SQL)
- Good English skills
- Motivated to deal with new technologies
- Passionate and enthusiastic about how technology can help business.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with end users to gather and analyse requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide Day-to-day IT operational support for the end users – including troubleshooting, bug fixing, addressing user queries for software
- For new enhancements to support business requirements, perform requirement study, impact analysis, solution design, software development, testing & deployment; and when necessary, work with respective vendors.
- Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth implementation of software projects and enhancement projects.
- Define and manage resource plan together with the Finance Director / IT Director aligning to the project schedule
- Write and maintain IT software specification and technical documentation. Ensuring that the IT software specification documentation is complete and up to date.
- Manage Incident, problem, change and release management.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development
- Support any IT Software related initiatives inline with group direction
- Perform other duties as assigned
