Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of working experience as a baker, with a strong focus on viennoiseries.
- Extensive knowledge of viennoiseries techniques and ingredients.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team of bakers.
- Demonstrates initiative and high creativity specifically in the realm of veinnoiseries production.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills to efficiently oversee production schedules.
- Excellent attention to details to ensure that baked goods meet high-quality standards.
- Maintains good hygiene practices to uphold food safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the baking operations, with a primary focus on viennoiseries production.
- Create new recipes specifically tailored for viennoiseries to ensure optimal taste, texture, and appearance.
- Develop pricing strategies for baked goods to maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market.
- Order ingredients, manage inventory, and ensure adequate stock levels to meet production demands.
- Manage budget, track expenses, and make strategic decisions to optimize profitability in the viennoiseries department.
- Enforce safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment for production.
- Supervise and provide training and guidance for junior bakers.
