Requirements
- Strong desire to work in a teaming environment
- Possess minimum education level SPM
- Able to communicate English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin as will be engaging with suppliers
- Able to work according to retail hours & days and flexible
- Knowledge of Warehouse Operations (will be an advantage)
- Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. (will be an advantage)
- 6 days work
Responsibilities
- To handle receiving upon goods arrive - checking quality & quantity of the goods receive
- Maintains inventory by identifying, labelling, and keeping materials and supplies in stock, recording the location of inventory, and reporting shortages
- Replenish floral product through proper buying procedures
- Maintain purchase orders and ensure orders for product are timely and accurate to monitor inventory turns
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results and other duties as assigned.
- Receiving and checking deliveries to ensure that correct amount, part number, part description and quantity is delivered
- Assist to check all customs documentation and paperwork attached to received item
- Consignment without paperwork to be highlighted to Receiving inspector for fast follow up or email to respective owner to take action
- Collaborating with internal departments to locate missing packages, fix incorrect deliveries, and replace damaged products
- Learns and adheres to workplace safety regulations, and housekeeping is in place
- Contributes to the orderly operation of stock and/or material storage areas
- Keeping a well-maintained and updated account of stock and inventory
- Keeping all material handling equipment in the best condition by conducting regular checks and maintenance
- Other duties may be assigned by HOD
