Requirements
We are at Airline Business dealing with Air Cargo Logistics looking for a hardworking Customer Service to join our company in KLIA. If you are strong in problem-solving, presentation and have the right initiative for the job, then apply for the position today!
- Working Location : KLIA Cargo Complex
- With relevant 1 to 3 years experience
- Can speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
- Good negotiation and presentation skills
- Required Skill(s) : MS office
- Able to work independently in developing the strategies and hands-on in implementation.
- Experience in Air Freight will be added advantage
Responsibilities
- To arrange booking with carriers and closely monitor cargo movement and update customer accordingly.
- To attend request from calls or emails for shipment booking and enquiry to liaise and sourcing for cargo space with different airlines to plan the flights to destination to coordinate/handle with ground handling agent for bookings and airlines equipment.
