Requirements
- Minimum SPM or equivalent
- Passionate about cycling or sports
- Preferably working experience in retail industry is an advantages
- Knowledge of bicycle will be a must
- Independent and responsible work attitude
- Must be helpful and polite
- Should be of a smart appearance and articulate
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Required languages - English & Bahasa Malaysia
Responsibilities
- Support daily bike shop operation
- Know how on bike assembly & installation
- Perform bicycle repair, maintenance and walk-in services as needed
- Deliver professional, accessible and helpful customer service to customer before and after sales / service
- Maintain a clean working environment
