Requirements
- Education: A Diploma in nursing from an accredited institution.
- Clinical Skills: Proficiency in basic nursing skills such as patient assessment, medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Attention to Detail: Diligence in following medical protocols, accurately documenting patient information, and ensuring patient safety at all times.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in Surgery: Providing support in the operating room, including preparing surgical instruments, monitoring patient conditions, and assisting in surgical procedures.
- Executing Medical Orders: Carrying out doctors' instructions, including administering medications, injections, changing wound dressings, etc.
- Coordinating Care Plans: Collaborating with doctors and other members of the healthcare team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
