Requirements
- Diploma / bachelor’s degree in any Computer / IT related discipline
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops,
- printers, networking devices, and peripherals.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose technical issues, identify root causes,
- and implement eective solutions.
- Active listening skills to understand end-users' issues and provide clear instructions or
- explanations for troubleshooting steps and solutions.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel
- Strong customer service orientation and a commitment to providing exceptional support and
- assistance to end-users.
- At less 1-2 year in IT Computer support or POS System support
Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve technical issues reported by end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems, diagnosing issues and implementing
- solutions promptly.
- Provide technical guidance and instructions to end-users on resolving common IT-related issues
- independently.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on using IT systems, applications, and tools
- eectively and securely.
