Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
- Fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Enthusiastic and passionate about the job
- Manage social media posting
- Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven.
- Exhibit strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Computer literate.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good attitude and responsible character.
- Business-minded with entrepreneurship skill.
- Well organized, independent, multi-tasking, able to handle pressure and manage tight deadlines
Responsibilities
- Establish contact with potential clients in order to close sales and deliver excellent customer service at all times.
- Responding to inquiries concerning services provided and costs for room and equipment hire, catering and related services;
- To communicate effectively with all internal and external parties for processing and preparation of relevant documentations to ensure smooth operation and collection of payments
- Manage overall pre-show planning, datelines and execution and site inspection of work in progress whenever necessary.
- Other ad hoc projects as and when assigned by management.
- Explain products, services, and other information about the gallery to all guests.
- Assist in conducting guided tours.
- Maintain the overall building cleanliness by ensuring that maintenance duties are completed
