Requirements
- Minimum education level Secondary/SPM/ OLevel.
- No experience required as on-the-job training will be provided.
- Able to communicate in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin is mandatory.
- Able to work shifts, night shifts, weekends, eve of public holidays and public holidays on 6 days/week, 7.5 hours/day.
- Cooperative and helpful with other team members.
- Enthusiastic, energetic, hardworking, dedicated, and passionate about the F&B industry.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding and enthusiastic customer service at all times
- Prepare beverages and necessary ingredients according to company standard, handle customer orders and payment
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of shop
- Performs other duties as assigned to meet business needs
- Follow standard operational procedures and guidelines at each station
