- 好学，积极，主动，团队精神
- 配合公司运作政策与安排，并定时与上级汇报沟通班级教学与纪律情况
- 教育引导并照顾正确幼儿卫生，安全，健康，学习进度，饮食等大小事宜
- 定期与家长沟通，确保家园关系顺利良好
