Requirements
- Must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in any fields of study.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Customer services related will be advantaged
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Computer literate with good command of both written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Responsibilities
- To efficiently handle customer inquiries
- Handle all customer inquiries coming from multichannel, including WhatsApp, calls, emails and Livechat
- Provide fast and timely solutions to all customer related problems.
- Issuing invoices, prepare memorandum and customer reports (if any)
- Handle complaint, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Working Hour:
- Monday-Friday (10am-6pm)
- Saturday (10am-2pm)
