Requirements
- SPM or Diploma
- Able to work independently under minimal supervision and able to work under pressure and meet deadline.
- Possess own transport.
- Must be able to look into the entire operation of the company and advise the management / director on the improvement of any weakness detected.
- Must be able to advise the Management / Director on the financial management of the company.
- Must be able to liaise with auditors, tax agent and company sectary.
- Must be able to review the account of the company for quarter reporting, when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations, to investigate and resolve any reconciliation differences.
- Ensure petty cash transaction are properly recorded and monitored.
- Arrange annual auditing of accounting records and leasing with external auditor on call auditing issues.
- Maintaining bank account to ensure compliance with local standards, tax, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the Company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions).
- Monitor bank balance and cash flow Management.
- Review and control of SST exemptions and submissions.
