Requirements
- Preferably with t least 1 year experience in related field.
- Able to converse and write well in both Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- Pro-active and able to work independently.
- Must have knowledge in Microsoft Office.
- Preferable immediate placement candidate.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit budgetary estimates based on tender drawings, Bills of Quantities for all disciplines, and tender documents.
- Obtain quotations from contractors and suppliers for cost assessment, analysis, and budgeting purposes.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and sub-contractors.
- Ensure the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Attend site evaluations, conduct site measurements for costing purposes.
- Attend tender interviews or meetings as require.
- Undertake other tasks assigned by management as necessary.
