Requirements
- Minimum SPM certification.
- Related 1-2 years experience is preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions from supervisor or management team.
- Knowledge of general carpentry and repair.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
- Excellent Time Management and organizational skills, Punctuality, Sense of Responsibility.
- Can work for 6 day per week (1 day off per week).
Responsibilities
- Fetching Cleaner to Property located in KL area
- Inspects and identifies equipment or machines in need of repair.
- Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs.
- Plans repair work using buildings blueprints or equipment manual if needed.
- Performs general repairs, examples repairing drywall, painting, repairing doors and other building fixtures.
- Clean and assists with upkeep of the equipment/ machines.
- Purchase / Send refill items to units.
- Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
