Requirements
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin speaking is a requirement for this role.
- Possess Bachelor’s Degree in mass communication, production.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Min 1 year of work experience, ideally in e-Commerce or high-growth industries, livestream experience is preferred and experience with platforms such as TikTok, Lazada, Shopee would be an added advantage.
- The ideal candidate should possess a fun, energetic, and confident personality.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player, with can-do attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Planning and executing livestream events: You'll work with the brand to plan and coordinate livestream events that align with the brand's goals and increasing upsells and cross-sells.
- Creating engaging content: You'll be responsible for creating and delivering content that resonates with the brand's target audience. This may include scripting, storyboarding, and designing visuals or other multimedia assets that support the livestream content.
- Hosting and presenting livestreams: As a livestreamer, you'll be responsible for presenting and hosting the livestreams. This may involve moderating discussions, interviewing guests, and providing commentary or analysis on the livestream content that will help in converting sales.
- Engaging with viewers: You'll be expected to interact with viewers during the livestream, responding to their questions and comments and building engagement and community around the brand.
- Analyzing metrics and feedback: You'll be responsible for analyzing viewer metrics and feedback to determine the success of the livestream events and identify areas for improvement.
