Requirements
- Candidate must be able to speak, read and write in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good attitude and willingness to learn
Responsibilities
- Manage Daily Financial Operations such as handling cash/cheque management, bank deposits and daily interactions with branches/departments.
- Process Financial Transactions such as preparing weekly/monthly reports on expenses, supplier invoices, and bank reconciliations.
- Facilitate Payments such as preparing checks for supplier payments and car-related expenses for director approval.
- Maintain Financial Records such as updating bank reconciliations, car maintenance records, and ensures proper document filing.
- Support Management such as completing additional tasks assigned by superiors or management.
