About You

You are a passionate badminton player with loads of experience playing, competing and coaching. You are good with kids and enjoy meeting new people. Reliability is a key trait of yours and you are comfortable working independently, as well as in a team.

Scope

Plan training programs for badminton students of various ages, backgrounds and playing levels, understanding their varied goals

Work with the team to script/film badminton tutorials and YouTube videos, as well as content for other platforms

Work with the operations and sales team to coordinate class attendance

Interview and assess junior and assistant coaches

Ad hoc-tasks as required

Requirements

Solid experience playing badminton competitively

Ex-national or state players strongly preferred

Have attended formal, structured competitive badminton training

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field

3 years of relevant experience in sports coaching, which must include badminton coaching
