Inspector of Works Job Scope: -The person requires performing site supervision and coordination to ensure that the works carried out by the Contractors are within quality standards and specification. -To check, monitor, inspect, perform quality control checks, and monitor work in progress and final inspection on completed works including witnessing tests. -Reporting on non-conforming matters found during inspection to RE and follow up with Contractor on the action to be taken. -Maintain accurate records of daily work activities, including relevant forms, documents, and correspondences. -To attend all site meeting and technical meeting including safety meeting/briefing. -Coordinate and supervise Defect Rectification Works during Defect Liability Period. Job Requirements: -Registered with Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) as an IOW. -Minimum Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent. -3-5 years work experience with both Mechanical & Electrical & experience in high rise building is added advantages.
