Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the full HR spectrum covering human resource budget, recruitment, training and development, performance review management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement.
2. Handle payroll processing using HRMS including the generation of monthly payroll summary and statutory contributions.
3. Ensure timely updating and verification of employee leave record, maintain employee records.
4. Liaise with respective authority bodies ie LHDN, KWSP, PERKESO, HRD, Labour department etc when needed.

Requirements :
1. Candidate must possess at Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or any equivalent.
2. Minimum 2-4 years of working experience as a HR and Recruitment coordinator.

4. Be able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia & English fluently (oral & written).
