Job description: Responsible for allocating labor resources, tracking production schedules and cost adjustments to ensure the workforce meets production and management operational requirements. Supervise the daily operations of the factory, including supervising workers, monitoring production, monitoring the receipt of raw materials or delivery of final goods and enforcing safety regulations. Responsibilities: • Monitor employee performance to ensure that they meet their quotas or goals on time • Set up new production equipment to ensure it works properly and do machine maintenance. • Reviewing production schedules and making adjustments to ensure deadlines are met • Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times in the workplace • Provide employee feedback on performance and provide guidance when necessary • Oversee the implementation of new technology or processes to improve efficiency • Meet with suppliers to discuss production requirements and delivery schedules • Manage and supervise all warehouse and shipping operations • Communicate with vendors • Conduct training sessions for employees on safety procedures or new equipment • Ensure production and safety goals are met • Achieve staffing results by communicating work expectations; plan, monitor and evaluate work results. • Direct and ensure all production, quality control and quality assurance processes are implemented to promote productivity, product quality and company reputation • Oversees all production decisions, including production and personnel related to quality control, scheduling and materials • Conduct facility and equipment audits, and inspect product and process quality • Oversee production, track performance and resolve issues • Maintain electronic records of all materials, production, inventory and labor to ensure cost efficiency and regulatory compliance • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports.
