Responsibilities Give orders and instructions to assembly line workers so that each member of the production line is aware of what they need to do and what they're responsible for a maximize quality and productivity. Assign tasks based on what orders have come in and which members of the team are working on each day. They set up the production line to complete these orders efficiently If there are any issues with production or fulfilling orders on time, line leaders quickly identify these problems and find ways to resolve them so that deadlines are still met without compromissing quality. Ensure that all members of the team follow company policies and that healthy and safety regulations are being enforced to meet safety compliance. Requirement Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.

Team Leaders/Supervisors (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics) Taking overall responsibility for all PE production line activities in the company. Manage and ensure that all machinery and equipment operates safely and responsibility for PE production line member safety. Responsible for day to day trouble shooting and maintenance of all machinery and equipment, full OEE achieve target. To provide processing support in handling product related and quality. Evaluate, train and maintain individual skills, work performance, managing the concepts and practices. Perform any other ad-hoc projects or tasks related PE lines which to be assigned by the Management from time to time. Support regional projects in the other plants and coach the project leaders to be aligned with our company standards, and automation trouble shootings; Prepare and update the PE drums reports such as daily report and IPC daily feedback update and QAD materials updating ; Monthly PE stock inventory checking and system updating; PE line members performance appraisal and monthly inventive bonus data preparation. (B) Supplementary Functions Participate in the workplace 5S auditor. (C) Skill/Experience Minimum 8 years working experience in manufacturing environment. Able to supervise and lead the subordinates. Having minimum 8 years blow mould machine operation experience Willing to work after working hour or during non-working days. Knowledge in ISO is an advantage.
