Responsible for the maintenance of the Dynamic Positioning (DP) system • Responsible for operating, updating and maintenance of the ship’s computer network • Will keep the Vessel Master and Senior DP Watchkeepers fully informed on matters affecting the DP system. Will not undertake any work on the system without prior consultation and receipt of approval to conduct such work. This especially applies whilst the vessel is in any form of DP mode • Will notify the Master and keep him fully informed of the progress of any work which he has undertaken and shall notify him of any defects or problems that he has encountered in his area of responsibility • Responsible for ensuring that a true and accurate record of work that he has carried out is kept and entered in the maintenance records and his hand-over notes. This will include ensuring that manuals and drawings pertaining to equipment within his area of responsibility are kept corrected and up to date, in the event of any modification • Responsible for the maintenance of all radio communication equipment in consultation with contracted “Healthcare” Company), radars, and electronic navigation equipment • Responsible for ordering spares and stores for the radio and electronics department and liaising with the Storekeeper. In addition will keep the Vessel Master fully informed of urgent spares requirements which could affect either statutory requirements and/or the safe operation of the DP system • Assisting other departments as requested with electronic problems • Stand-by Helicopter Landing Officer (HLO) • On Apache the Instrument Technician keeps a DP watch during pipelay and associated operations and is responsible for pipe positioning, survey interface and monitoring • Responsibility for the general upkeep of HPR transponders, taut wire units and other position references • This includes the updating of the HPR log ensuring that HPR transponders are kept fully charged by recharging or replacing the batteries (Supported by Chief Officer) Confidential - Not to disclose without authorisation • Responsibility for the general upkeep of the taut wire spool gear and wires • Will be trained as responsible person for Permit to Work (PTW) system and isolations

• Preparing and updating planned maintenance schedules for OOS plant and equipment • Ensure planned maintenance system is updated on a regular basis with information on breakdowns/faults, parts renewed etc. • Monitor offshore technicians onboard the vessel, to ensure that the fixed diving/pipelay equipment, cranes and OOS plant is fully operational and efficiently maintained in accordance with Company standards and relevant legislation • Liaise with Vessel Chief Engineer / Vessel Chief Pipelay Engineer and/or Onshore Equipment Superintendent to ensure: - They are satisfied that maintenance is being carried out on the diving/pipelay equipment systems, cranes and OOS plant to required Company standards - Adequate technical advice is given concerning the diving/pipelay equipment systems, cranes and OOS plant

• To ensure ROV operations are conducted safely, efficiently and to the Client’s satisfaction • To arrange for, or perform “on the job” training of personnel unfamiliar with the particular vessel or ROV system or tooling in use • To appraise personnel performance in the execution of the work such that any training requirements for Pilots / Senior Pilots are identified. To perform competency assessment of ROV personnel in accordance with the Company's Competency scheme and to review and complete personnel logs / witness statements accordingly • To supervise onboard equipment maintenance in accordance with established schedules and assess system’s capability to perform tasks in given operational constraints • To assist with the arrangement for the procurement of parts/materials • To assist when requested with review of system manuals and maintenance log books and certification for validity, currency, coverage and relevance for feedback to ROV Superintendent and RSU management • To ensure that the ROV systems are maintained to a high standard. It is the Vessel Chief Engineers responsibility to ensure that either: • Class surveys are undertaken before their final due date or, • Where surveys cannot be undertaken for operational or other reasons that the Vessel Superintendent is made aware in good time • Shall issue Standing Orders to ensure safe and efficient operation of plant and equipment • Responsible for the hull / structure, tanks, etc., of the vessel and for the safe and efficient operation of all plant and machinery, permanently installed, on the vessel. Is also responsible for temporary plant, fitted for specific tasks, by Technip, i.e. Air Dive stations, hydraulic power packs for subsea work, etc. They are to ensure that all relevant certification is placed on board the vessel at the aforementioned mobilisation port • Responsible for the management of all maintenance tasks, the planned maintenance system (i.e. MP5 in consultation with Company Technical Representative where appointed) and unscheduled repairs that may be necessary on vessel plant and machinery • Must be familiar with the vessel's plant and machinery and shall ensure that the Engineering staff are adequately trained in their safe operation and maintenance (will be assisted in this training role by Company Technical Representative where appointed). Persons deputising for absent authorised persons must be formally trained and appointed by the vessel Master before they may undertake the appropriate role. • May be appointed by the Vessel Master, in line with the Worksafe ISSOW, as the Person Made Aware whom the permit issuing authorities shall inform before issuing permits as required. • Within their department they are responsible for ensuring that the rules laid down by Class rules for safety, environmental protection and the International Management Code for the Safe Operation of Ships and Pollution Prevention (ISM) are strictly adhered to • They (or a nominated deputy) shall personally ensure that all preventative measures are taken when bunkering in port or offshore • With the Vessel Master, shall jointly review compliance with BS EN ISO 9001: 1994 and International Safety Management Code (ISM), and document the findings on the Compliance Review Sheet. Main accountabilities: • The Offshore HSE Advisor shall provide support, advice and guidance to marine and project activities and ensure they are undertaken in accordance with the Company’s standards and procedures. • Interact with both the marine and construction crews directly at the worksite, developing the HSE culture at every opportunity during operations. • Interact and communicate with oncoming BU and TMOS project teams to gain an understanding of their work scopes and risk profile. • Provide support, coaching and HSE guidance to all offshore personnel to ensure that all regulatory and TechnipFMC HSE standards and requirements are clearly understood and complied with. • Remain aware of the relevant HSE legislation and Company procedures relevant to their operations. • Establish a highly visible worksite HSE presence and proactively monitor for substandard conditions and behaviours through worksite visits, audits and inspections. • Coach workforce in high quality risk management such as Toolbox talks, risk assessments, interventions, hazard identification, MOC etc. Facilitate effective two-way communication with the workforce on HSE issues. • Assist the vessel and project offshore management teams in ensuring that all accidents / incidents are correctly identified, reported, investigated and robust root cause analysis is carried out and corrective and preventative controls are identified, implemented and reviewed for effectiveness. • Compile and analyse vessel safety statistics to identify trends and help improve HSE performance and the vessel safety culture, including synergi case entry, HSE Leading indicator spreadsheet, man hour inputs and PowerBi analysis. • Conduct local vessel HSE related training as required under guidance from the TMOS HSE and Training departments. • Provide ongoing Synergi training to all OMT and Supervisors.

The Assistant Rigging Supervisor shall help to ensure that: • All rigging operations undertaken are in accordance with the safe working practice • All lifting rigging (shackles, slings, strips, etc.) are in good condition and are certified prior to being put in use • The deck is maintained in a safe manner and that all potential hazards, e.g. oil spill, cable run, small steel up-stands (old sea fastenings) are either removed or safety controls put in place and maintained • The rigging crew is briefed on the work scope and that they are fully aware of any safety precautions to be observed. Ensure all projects reporting is clearly shown in the project’s organization chart • Conduct HSE awareness inductions to project team to highlight HSE policies, objectives, targets and performance indicators. • Conduct training and awareness session covering all aspects of HSE including specific risk managements workshops and the delivery of Pulse training sessions • Design training modules as required • Carry out audits and inspections as identified by HSE Project life cycle plan, project audit plan and / or as required by project, Client and Regional HSE Manager • Work in alignment with corporate HSE goal and planning to ensure all activities comply and meet all corporate and project HSE requirements • Follow up audit findings close out and provide support if required • Ensure HSE officers and supervisors are mobilized as per latest staffing plan, coordinating recruitment activity with APAC Regional HSE Manager. • Monitor, coach, and replace where required senior HSE people within the project for periods of home leave during critical activities. • Ensure incident reports are accurate and all data is logged into Synergi and item/action raised are closed within the given time period • Responsible to update PMEES to reflect the Project KPIs progress

Responsibility • The preparation and cooking of meals. • Ensure the Galley, fridges, freezers, storerooms and mess rooms are maintained in a clean and hygienic condition. • Supervision of the catering crew regarding preparation of meals and menus. • Ensure the cleaning of linen and towels on vessels without laundry staff. Position Responsibilities • The ability to understand interface relationship between marine and project personnel. • Able to communicate effectively and articulately at all levels. • An awareness of International Codes, Standards and Specifications. QHSE • Maintain responsibility and accountability through personal commitment and behaviour. • Maintain behaviour in compliance with QHSE requirements. • Report any unsafe or environmentally unsound acts and conditions to their immediate Supervisor such that remedial action can be taken to manage the risk. • Maintain a line of sight on the QHSE objectives through Competence Assurance process.

• Originate or check engineering deliverables on standard discipline engineering design to meet project, statutory and Technip Group rules to project schedule • Participate in formal or informal reporting to Engineering Discipline Leader on progress of engineering tasks • Support for the technical authority on project, tender or design study, representing the installation discipline. • Preparation of technically robust, safe, environmentally friendly installation procedures and solutions for Subsea Installation • Adherence to the business management system and provision of quality installation engineering to clients, both external and internal. • Provide feedback into resource management to meet the allocated scope of work schedule requirements. • Active participation in technical, peer, safety and readiness reviews • Consult feedback and distribute within the team, lessons learnt, safety, information for the improvement of the team and individuals technical scope of work. • Perform calculations and analysis as required. • Preparation of the specifications and scope of works for subcontractors, technical bid tabulations and technical support. • Management and follow-up of subcontractors and vendors as well as interface towards other contractors or stakeholders. • Preparation of engineering task descriptions and drawing requisitions to interface with other disciplines and drafting office. • Assist as required by projects on procurement of either permanent or temporary material/ equipment associated with discipline engineering • Supervise other engineers on a standard discipline engineering scope of work • Provide site engineering supervision/ technical assistance for manufacturing, fabrication and/ or installation site

Management • Maintaining company quality assurance and control philosophy during all activities • Ensure the Clients requirements are being met in accordance with the relevant standards and procedural documentation • Ensure all operations are carried out in compliance with local legislative requirements • Liaising with the departmental supervisors as to the readiness of equipment • Ensure all discipline and departmental handovers are carried out clearly and concisely, ensuring relevant information is logged within the handover log and the daily logs • Ensure all procedural or system changes are managed in accordance with company MOC process Safety • HSE incidents and non-conformances are logged and recorded appropriately • Fully familiar with processes for reporting unsafe acts, time out for safety and stop the job authority Operations • Coordinate/supervise operations, where applicable, in line with project plans • Fully conversant with project procedures, liaising with Project Engineers and assisting with organising and planning of operational project plans • Ensuring all departmental tool box talks, shift handovers and briefings are carried out in accordance with company guidelines and logged appropriately • Planning, preparation and ongoing management of readiness of project equipment • Ensure all system checks and operations are carried out by competent personnel • Involved in the pre planning and assist with project mobilisations and demobilisations • Ensure regular updating of operational status, equipment losses or failure and project schedules to assist in planning and highlight possible issues within the scope of work Technical/systems • Continued assurance of all documentation in use is relevant and traceable within the BMS or exerts from vendor operational manuals
